2018 Important Info

2018 Concussion Form, Concussion Training and RCSL Participation Form

The RCSL Concussion Info Form must be read and signed by all athletes and parents annually.

All coaches and lifeguards must complete the CDC’s Online Concussion Training.

All participating RCSL clubs/pools must complete the 2018 RCSL Declaration of Intent to Participate Form.

About RCSL

If you live in the Huntsville, Alabama area and your children enjoy swimming, please consider joining one of our great summer swim teams.

Kids and adults, everyone loves the enjoyment that comes from participating in the best of summer fun at the pool!

On our web site you can see the current and past dual and city swim and dive meet results. You can learn about how to become an official to help with your child's teams meets. And if you are new to the area or to summer swimming you can see if there is a pool near you.

For meet coordinators we have the official RCSL Forms and Documents needed to conduct a swim meet. You can also contact our board members and read the board meeting minutes.

Stoddard Polar Bear Plunge Invitational

The 1st Annual Stoddard Polar Bear Plunge was a huge success!

12 of the league’s 18 teams were represented.

First place went to Greenwyche.
Second place went to Byrd Springs.
Third place went to Sherwood.

Other teams participating were Blossomwood, Hampton Cove, Jones Valley, Mountain Springs, Redstone, Sharon Johnston, and Whitesburg.

We had 238 athletes with total splashes of 746.
That’s near 25% of the splashes at a City Meet!
