Orders for the RCSL 2020 T-Shirt will close at 8pm on Tuesday, June 30.

No orders will be taken after this deadline and there will be no extra shirts printed, so please make sure to get your order in on time.

2019 Concussion Form, Concussion Training and RCSL Participation Form

The RCSL Concussion Info Form must be read and signed by all athletes and parents annually.

All coaches and lifeguards must complete the CDC’s Online Concussion Training.

All participating RCSL clubs/pools must complete the 2019 RCSL Declaration of Intent to Participate Form.

It must be read and signed by swim coaches, swim reps and officials annually. Pools should keep the completed forms in their records.
